Broke down on the highway? Got in an accident? Engine just quit on you in the middle of 5400 South? Our emergency towing service is built for exactly this. We dispatch fast — no sitting on hold with a call center. You call us, we send a truck. We work with law enforcement on accident scenes and we’ll take your vehicle wherever it needs to go — your mechanic, a dealership, your house, wherever.
Some vehicles shouldn’t be towed with the wheels on the ground. All-wheel-drive cars (hello, every other car in Utah is a Subaru), luxury vehicles, low-clearance sports cars, and anything with major damage — these all ride better on a flatbed. All four wheels off the ground, strapped down tight. It’s the safest way to move a car, and we use it whenever the situation calls for it.
Big rigs, RVs, buses, box trucks, construction equipment — the stuff regular tow trucks can’t handle. We’ve got heavy duty trucks with the capacity and the operators trained to work with oversized and heavy vehicles. Commercial fleet operators, trucking companies, and RV travelers all call us when the big stuff breaks down.
Not everything needs a tow. Sometimes your car just needs a quick fix to get going again. Our roadside assistance covers the most common problems people run into:
Dead batteries are the most common roadside call we get, especially during Utah winters. Cold mornings, old batteries, leaving the headlights on — we’ve seen every variation. We show up with commercial-grade jump packs and get your engine running again. Takes about five minutes once we’re there.
We’ll swap your flat for your spare tire, properly torqued, and you’re on your way. If you don’t have a spare (a lot of newer cars don’t), we can tow you to the nearest tire shop. Utah roads are brutal on tires — between potholes, construction debris, and temperature swings, flats are just part of driving around here.
Ran out of gas? It happens more than people admit. We’ll bring enough fuel to get you to the nearest station. We carry unleaded and diesel, so just tell us what your vehicle takes when you call. No judgment — we’ve all pushed our luck with the fuel gauge.
Locked your keys in the car? We use professional lockout tools to get you back in without damaging the vehicle. Works on modern electronic locks and older manual locks alike. Usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. If there’s a child or pet locked inside, that call goes to the top of our priority list immediately.
