We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Yes, even holidays. Yes, even during snowstorms. Especially during snowstorms, actually.

We’re in central Taylorsville, easy to find right off 4700 South near Redwood Road. If you need to drop off a vehicle or pick one up, this is where to come. We’re also right in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley, which means we can get to most locations in the area within 20 to 30 minutes.

Hours

24/7 — always open.

There’s no “call back during business hours” here. If your car breaks down at 4 AM on a Sunday, we answer. If you lock your keys in your car at 10 PM on Christmas Eve, we answer. This is a 24-hour business because car problems don’t stick to a 9-to-5 schedule.

What to Tell Us When You Call

The more info you can give us upfront, the faster we can help. Here’s what’s useful:

• Where you are — an address, intersection, or highway mile marker. Even “I’m in the Walmart parking lot on 4700 South” works.
• What happened — accident, flat tire, won’t start, locked out, ran out of gas, etc.
• What you’re driving — year, make, model, and color help our driver find you quickly
• Is anyone in danger? — if you’re in an unsafe spot on the highway, or there’s a child or pet locked in the car, tell us right away so we can prioritize

Don’t worry if you can’t answer all of that. “My car died and I’m on I-15 heading south” is plenty to get us started. We’ll figure out the details.

What Happens After You Call

Here’s the typical process:

1. You call us and tell us what’s going on
2. We confirm your location and the type of help you need
3. We dispatch the right truck — could be a flatbed, a standard tow truck, or a service vehicle for roadside help
4. We give you an honest ETA
5. Our driver shows up, handles the situation, and gets you sorted

The whole thing moves pretty quick. For most calls in the Taylorsville and Salt Lake Valley area, we’re on scene within 20 to 30 minutes. Sometimes faster if you’re close to our shop.

Pricing

We’re upfront about what things cost. When you call, we’ll tell you the price before we dispatch so there are no surprises when the truck shows up. Rates depend on the type of service, the vehicle, the distance, and the time of day — but we’ll give you a clear number before any work starts.

We’re not the cheapest company out there and we’re not the most expensive. We’re fair. And you’ll actually get what you pay for — fast service, careful handling of your vehicle, and drivers who know what they’re doing.

Insurance and Accidents

If you’ve been in an accident and your insurance company is handling the tow, just let us know. We work with all major insurance providers and can bill them directly in most cases. We’ll also coordinate with law enforcement on scene if needed.
